Flasear por TWRP lo siguiente:

Luego reiniciar en fastboot y ejecutar los siguientes comandos:
fastboot -i 0x2b4c erase modemst1
fastboot -i 0x2b4c erase modemst2
fastboot -i 0x2b4c erase cache
fastboot -i 0x2b4c reboot
