1. Desconecte su dispositivo.
2. Pulse durante varios segundos los botones BAJAR VOLUMEN y ENTRAR, y después pulse el botón ENERGÍA.
Entonces aparecerá en la pantalla el siguiente mensaje:
Esta función eliminará todos sus datos personales, restableciendo todos los ajustes predeterminados por defecto. Pulse Subir volumen para restablecer el fabricante predeterminado, o pulse otras teclas para cancelar.
3. Pulse el botón SUBIR VOLUMEN para realizar un restablecimiento de hardware o pulse cualquier otro botón para cancelar el restablecimiento.

To perform a hard reset
1. With the device turned on, press and hold the
VOLUME DOWN and

RESET button with the stylus tip.
