Buenos dias

Amigos estoy por comprar un Galaxy S3 pero tengo una duda cual es mejor el I747 o el I9300 la diferencia radica en su precesador y su memoria RAM les agradeceria me aconsejaran cual de los 2 es mejor aca dejo un comparativo gracias.

EL primero tiene procesador doble nucleo pero 2 gb de ram y el segundo tiene Quad core pero Un gb de RAM
