Ese error me sale a mí a veces con otros temas y de forma aleatoria (no sé muy bien porque pasa), solo sé que reiniciando el teléfono y volviendo a aplicar el theme suele solucionarse, parece que por algún motivo al themechooser se le v la pinza de vez en cuando. Prueba a reiniciar, suele funcionar, si no vuelve a la temática system, reinicia y vuelve a aplicar el theme.
