1- Tener recovery modificado, TWRP (cwm no vale)
2- Hacer un backup de la rom que tengamos actualmente por si algo sale mal.
3- Realizar wipe data, cache y dalvik cache
4- wipe cust
5-wipe data
6-Flashear la rom
7- Reiniciar
8- Disfrutar.

ajustes/informacion del dispositivo y pulsas 6 veces sobre nº de copilacion asi liberas los ajustes .
configuramos la rom activamos zram 18% y purga de archivos
escalas de animaciones al 0,5*
Editar las pag de inicio(launcher) antes del 1 reinicio
reboot y listo....
