Hola y no te preocupes!
I've had the same problem with mine, restoring factory settings did not work for me either. So try this:
Put your phone on a firm surface and CAREFULLY press the camera lens with your finger until you hear or feel a "click" that's it.
This malfunction is caused if the phone has been dropped before.
