I did't listening music through BT a few days, since then I've changed a lot of cm10 build (from 20120902 to last 20120925), I can not remember exactly which version don't have that broblem.
Today, i flashed all this builds with full wipe (cache, dalvik cache, factory) and still nothing, BT not working.

Solucion:
Try to edit audio_policy.conf in /system/etc.
Replace this line
a2dp {
outputs {
primary {
sampling_rates 48000
to this
a2dp {
outputs {
primary {
sampling_rates 44100
