Changelog:
- Increased tcp buffer size
- Added support for ALL Samsung based MIUI ROMs (and supported cm9 based ones are AdyScorpius and cMIUI)
- merged with upstream 3.0.y, updated to 3.0.27 (thanks to codeworkx@XDA for the help with git)
- removed pegasusq cpu governor
