There is a simple way to do it, follow the steps below:
1. Download MyBPLab apk for your phone, latest version is 2.2.2 - You can find the Apk on Apkmirror and other similar sites. and install it on your phone.
2. Download and install a free VPN program, use whatever seems good in the play store - you will need to connect to United States server.
3. Remove your SIM card from your phone. - You MUST be connected on WiFi - for an internet connection.
4. Find the Samsung Galaxy Store app on your phone and clear data and cache for the app.
5. Now launch your VPN app and connect to United States VPN.
6. Open Samsung Galaxy Store and give it some time to load, you will notice that you have a US version of the store.
7. Search for and install MyBPLab in the Galaxy Store for your watch and install it.
8. While on US VPN, run through the initial setup and configuration for MyBPLab on your phone and watch.
9. Once MyBPLab works correctly on your phone and watch, disconnect from the VPN, re-insert your SIM card and enjoy Blood Pressure monitoring.
