Creo recordar que hubo una versión de lineage que si actualizabas por OTA derivaba en un bootloop, después se corrigió. Echad un ojo a este post y leed bien todos los comentarios a ver si puede ser eso.

Doesn't work:
OTA updates doesn't work if you got an older build than 20181022 (See Post 1154). If you got an affected build you need to update manually.
(Read post Post 1053 if you didn't read this and you need to fix a TWRP bootloop)
Current builds don't have any OTA issue.
