Pues gracias por decírmelo, porque ni me he dado cuenta...
Lo único que sí me canta ahora es que el boot animation es el original de Cyanogen Inc pero debajo aparece algo como "MOD Team" o similar. Esto me pasa por no leer e irme directamente a las instrucciones.
Lo pone claro:

So finally, I got a full COS13 ZIP, including system, boot and firmware. Untouched. If you want to root, I recommend using Boeffla + Boeffla's su script
As it is COS, it includes GAPPS and CAPPS
It can be flashed coming from any ROM, since it will wipe and reflash system and firmware, BUT YOU SHOULD WIPE DATA, CACHE AND DALVIK.

En fin, que he hecho un factory reset para nada...
