Buenas, mandé el correo y me respondieron que lo hiciera a través de la web, despues volví a escribirles ya que en la web no aparece mi modelo (Ni en la china...) y me dicen:

Alguien sabe alguna forma de hacerlo??? Mi modelo es el G6-L11
