What recovery are you using? with TWRP 2.5 I had no problems. Seems a problem of sdcard Wipe before installing the ROM.
I would recommend using the recovery TWRP 2.5 or change or format the sdcard or temporarily remove the sdcard*and install from the internal memory (phone storage)

que recovery está usando? con TWRP 2.5 no he tenido problemas. Parece un problema de sdcard Wipe antes de instalar la ROM.
Yo recomiendo usar la TWRP recovery 2.5 o cambiar o formatear la sdcard o temporalmente retire la tarjeta sd e instale a partir de la memoria interna (phone storage)
