Para empezar, eso de cambiar la particion system por una pre-rooteada es una pesima idea, y ademas dice que si no tienes esa version especifica de firmware no funcionara, y tu dijiste que no revisaste
La solucion es sencilla, busca la rom stock y flashea todo por adb, no en factory reset
