Si hay algún problema con algún producto de DealeXtreme por norma general tienes que mandar el producto a un almacén que tenemos en UK.

Tu caso no puedo saberlo porque no puedo leer tickets al no trabajar en el departamento de atención al cliente.

Por lo visto la chica que respondió tu ticket no te ha entendido bien (digo yo porque no puedo leer el ticket), así que por mucho que comentes y comentes día si y día también en este hilo el problema se va a quedar ahí.

Solución que te doy (por cuarta vez):

Abre un ticket en castellano para que no haya confusiones.


Y si no quieres abrir un ticket en castellano y quieres seguir con el mismo que tienes abierto en inglés, explícale a la chica con al que estés hablando que tu te refieres a otros productos que tienes comprados en DX porque por lo visto ha habido una confusión con la conversación que tienes con ella, y todo esto lo hago desde una suposición ya que te repito, no puedo ver ningún ticket, por lo tanto, no conozco la conversación que tienes en el ticket con ella al completo.


Puedes seguir quejándote todo lo que quieras en el hilo, pero si no hablas en el SAC tu problema no se va a solucionar.

No soy una persona "tocahuevos", pero no me los toqueis, porque no me callo.
Creo que el que no entendeis sois vosotros, o en este caso la chica, despues de demostrar los fallos por activa y por pasiva dejé de recibir respuestas del servicio tecnico. Me han entendido perfectamente.
Me hace gracia que me digas que me queje al SAC, y luego me ignoren, no insultes a mi inteligencia por favor. No hay mas ciego que el que no quiere ver. Y en esas nos encontramos...
No soy una persona "tocahuevos", pero no me los toqueis, porque no me callo. Aqui toda la conversacion con el "excelente" SAC, me dices donde puedes estar el error, o el mal entendido. Solo falta alguna foto donde sale mi nombre y direccion. Lo demas es un copy/paste de los tickets.

    Is not aceptable. The items are gifts that are already delivered.     Really, do you read de post?<br />Don´t repair anything, the tablet is a fake. You sell me a Quad Core (mtk6582) not Dual Core (mtk6872).<br />Not repair, simply refund. It works like a Dual Core no quad core, but works.
