Maybe instead of flaming the Cyanogen devs, you should actually learn what nightlies are. Theres no such thing as putting a build available for download, the gerrit makes a build EVERY day, with whatever is on the git repository. People should stop using them like they are tested and final roms. Nightlies are work in progress.
Sometimes i even wonder if its worth to have all of this available to the public, when clearly no one respects it and acts accordingly.
If it wasnt for the work of the cyanogen project ( + 10 developers, several contributors and several dedicated computers to it) you all would be stuck with android 2.1. All of the "pretty" roms around, including superbel, are just cyanogen with a pretty skin and some changes. Good for you, its not really hard to change the kernel to a old version to fix a battery problem.
