Bueno chicos, me he descargado la última versión "K900_ROW_1_S_2_009_0288_131227".
En el enlace explican cómo la instaló una persona, Fue así:
1. download the rom here to you computer :
http://www.needrom.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/K900_ROW_1_S_2_009_0288_131227.zip
2.rename the folder to: Update.zip
3. connect your phone to the computer
3a. enable USB mass Storage and USB Debugging mode when you are asked
!-- your phone will show up as a drive on your computer --!
3. copy the update.zip folder from your computer to the root of the phones storage
4. eject your phones storage from your computer by right clicking and selecting 'eject' on the drive that showed up in step 3
5. turn your phone off
6. press and hold the VOL + button and power button until you get a menu
7. select 'Recovery'
8. select 'update form internal storage'
9. select the update.zip
10. let the phone do the rest of the work
Esta forma desde el Recovery parece más sencilla que con el flashtools.
Cuál me recomendáis? Recovery vs Flashtools?
EDITO: Hay usuarios que también han actualizado con SDFUSE. Alguien lo ha probado? Es algo así:

ok here they way to do its!
1-put inb file into sd main
2 create sdfuse folder.
3-put inb file into sdfuse
4-reboot-your k900 into recovery mode with long press volume up and together with power button.
5-after reboot to recovery mode use up and down volume button to navi up side down.
6-choose sdupdate and press power button
7-after finish update reboot again.
8-yeah bingo and u can see (Superuser) was already in u lenovo K900
