today i'm the happiest man on forum.
i think i know what it was: i tryed almost everything.
first on windows 7 64 bit with xp modus on virtual pc... DON'T TRY THIS!!!!!!!!! it has problems with drivers, and i almost bricked my phone.....
BETTER NEVER TRY WITH WINDOWS XP ON A VIRTUAL MACHINE!!!!
then i installed xp with sp3 and all updates on my pc, still the same errror (see couple of posts above)
the thing that worked for me was to rename the file from:
Hipi2_1_9_GMS版.nb0 to Hipi2_1_9.nb0
so i think maybe there was a problem with this strange symbol 版

so maybe better rename the file in download section. maybe nobody else will have problems, but better be sure...
After i manage to install CML 1.4 i will share what i learned in english on xda developers if this is ok. so that other people that do not speak spanish can do this.
