ok. my phone is from orange austria.
I used xp mode on windows 7 (maybe this was the big mistake?)
I used this tutorial:

1. i installed apanda 1.6.2, everything ok
2. i downloaded firmware 2.1.4 1.0, extracted and made setup (maybe this was the mistake?)
3. i downloaded firmware 2.1.9 (the .nb0 file)
4. i open RUT 1.2.2 i select file (the 2.1.9 file) i reboot my phone into fastbot mode (i can choose reboot, apply, wipe, wipe...), i connect usb. now rut 1.2.2 can see my phone and i can start update.
now on my computer i see: "prepare to re-flash ROM image"
on my phone: the screen becomes grey (nothing written just dark grey screen)
and then on the computer i see error message and phone always grey screen. I take off battery and restart phone and it goes into fastboot. i can not select anything in fastboot (i can move with trackball, put if i press trackball nothing happens).
i take off battery again and again restart and phone starts normal with apanda 1.6.2
now Apanda 1.6.2 is working on my phone (everything seems to work well)
If i dial *#64# my phone says "connection error or wrong MMI code"
If i go to settings -->About Phone --> Status i can see my correct IMEI...
Tomorrow i will try everything possible on a windows xp machine and then i hope it works again
p.s. at one point (i don't remember exactly when) i executed the setup file inside the phone. now i have chinese software starting when i plug my phone to the computer...
