Cambios:
* Use CM repo for DSPManager and Calculator.
* TRDS. I think it is still WIP (work in progress). Tap on the TRDS and you'll have three choices to enable this.
* Some patches in framework av.
* Disable again the access to /mnt/media_rw.
* Double taps gesture on the status bar to turn off screen.
